Lowdham Book Festival 2011
Over £300 raised in donations and raffle ticket sales at the Lowdham Book Festival, Nottingham.
Members of the Alan Sillitoe Committee hosted a commemorative exhibition featuring memorabilia, first editions, rare photographic portraits of Alan and displays chronicling his life and work.
The winners of the Short Story Competition were announced and excerpts of their stories were read. Please visit the Competition page for a list of winners and the chance to read their stories.
