Alan Sillitoe Memorial Committeee Member James Walker talks to Sarah Julian at BBC Radio Nottingham about the Alan Sillitoe digital trail being developed as part of the BBCs new multimedia platform; ‘The Space’.
Supported by Arts Council England and the BBC, ‘Alan Sillitoe and the Art of Cycle Maintenance’ will take the form of a mobile app and a 1950′s style Raleigh handbook. Creative content will be gathered at various public events to be held around Nottingham and via social media channels.
