It was on 25 April 2010 that Alan Sillitoe died. In order to confirm the world-renown Nottingham writer’s place in the City’s history, a committee was formed to raise funds for the commissioning of a memorial for Alan.
As the fund progresses, we’ll be bringing you updates on how much we’ve raised, what future events are being planned, and – when we draw near to the target figure – details of where the memorial will be sited.
You can contribute via PayPal using the “donate” button or by sending a cheque, payable to The Alan Sillitoe Committee, to:
The Alan Sillitoe Committee

Please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like acknowledgement of receipt of your donation. Please also indicate whether you would like your name on our Wall of Honour.
